Returns & Refunds
Food products are generally best treated as non-returnable once delivered, except where the item arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or otherwise materially defective.
If you choose to offer a replacement or refund window, state the reporting deadline clearly, such as within 24 or 48 hours of delivery, along with photo requirements.
Avoid blanket "Easy returns" language for edible products unless your actual operations fully support it.
